**Commercial Manager - Digital Mental Health Services**

We are now looking for a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Manager to lead the growth and operational excellence of our services from our offshore hub in Cape Town.
**Role Summary**
As the Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in setting up and driving the commercial success of our offshore operations. You will lead the development of new revenue streams, manage day-to-day operations, and build partnerships to scale our services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a proven track record in scaling business operations and driving growth in a fast-paced environment.
**Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Strategy and Revenue Growth**
- Develop and execute a commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability for the mental health service.
- Identify and develop new lines of revenue, including partnerships, tender opportunities, and innovative service offerings.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to uncover new business opportunities.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on commercial success.
**Operational Oversight**
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Cape Town hub, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Implement and maintain operational processes and systems to support scalability and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, and clinical teams, to align operations with business goals.
**Partnership Development**
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners, including schools, healthcare providers, employers and technology companies.
- Develop collaborations with mental health practitioners, and other stakeholders to enhance service offerings.
**Team Leadership**
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing team to support the operations and growth of the hub.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the team.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to ensure professional development and alignment with company goals.
**Financial Management**
- Prepare and manage budgets for the Cape Town operations, ensuring financial sustainability.
- Monitor and control expenses, identifying areas for cost optimization without compromising quality.
- Generate regular financial and operational reports for the executive team.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is an advantage).
- **Experience**:
- At least 5 years of experience in a commercial or operational leadership role, preferably in the digital health, technology, or service sectors.
- Proven track record of developing and scaling revenue-generating business models.
- Experience managing offshore or international operations is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage diverse teams and drive operational excellence.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with digital platforms and AI-driven services is a plus.
