**About the Position**
The Junior Bookkeeper **(hybrid, from Cape Town)** is responsible for the day-to-day bookkeeping duties such as invoicing, creditors, bank allocations and any other day-to-day tasks across multiples countries. The position reports to the Accounting Manager.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Processing bank account allocations across the United Kingdom, France, Ireland etc...
- Recording, sending and following up on debtor invoices
- Recording and reconciling creditors invoices and statements
- Carrying out ad-hoc transaction recording requests from within the organisation
- General account administration of Landlord statements

**Qualifications & Work Experience**
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 1 to 2 years of general bookkeeping experience
- 1 to 2 years work experience Data Entry, Debtors and Creditors
- Proficiency in accounting software (ideally Xero Accounting Software)
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills

**Working Days / Hours**
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00am to 6:00pm (South African Time)
