**Client Details**:
**Role Responsibilities**:
Perform financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modelling, to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Analyse and interpret financial data, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.

Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including financial statements, profitability analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs), to senior management and stakeholders.

Assist in the development and evaluation of financial models and business cases for new initiatives, projects, and investments.

Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitor performance, and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as accounting, operations, and sales, to gather relevant financial information and ensure accuracy of data.

Monitor and track financial performance against budgets and targets, identifying areas of improvement and recommending corrective actions.

Participate in financial forecasting and planning activities, supporting the development of annual budgets and long-term financial strategies.

Stay updated with relevant financial regulations, accounting principles, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.

**Relevant Qualifications / Experience**:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.

Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, with relevant work experience.

Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex financial data, performing data analysis and interpretation effectively.

Proficient in financial modelling techniques.

Solid understanding of financial statements, financial ratios, and key financial metrics.

Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy and reliability in financial analysis and reporting.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and provide valuable insights.

Familiarity with financial software and systems, such as ERP systems and financial reporting tools, is desirable.
