Recession, what recession Simply put we have too much work and not enough consultants. We attribute this to the fact that we employ competent recruiters who are able to build solid relationships and consult with their clients as opposed to simply transacting with them. On average, our consultants have close to 10 years external recruitment experience and each bill over R1 million pa. We hire senior recruiters with a proven track record and who are solid account managers, exclusively within the financial recruitment space.

We currently have 3 vacancies:

- A full 360 consultant to “cherry pick” from 200 odd clients with whom we have done business in the past but simply do not have the time to make contact with now. We know our clients have work and are giving it to other recruiters. All it will take is to let them know we are there to help
- A consultant to take over the growing niche of placing qualified Accountants abroad, in countries that have recently opened up to the opportunity. You would take over a desk billing over R1m in the last 9 months and which we predict could easily be double that in the next 12 months. It is likely local Restraint of Trades would not apply.

If you have the reputation to justify this belief, I would be keen to have a “virtual” cup of coffee. We have offices in Cape Town but are fully hybrid WFH. We have an environment and flexibility that allows our recruiters to feel like they are running their own business within a business.

We will **not** be looking at anyone with less than 5 years external recruitment consultant experience. Our model does not allow us to train up inexperienced people. Our environment is a perfect fit for established consultants with strong business acumen looking to move to Cape Town either from Gauteng or the UK.
