Recruitment Consultant Ftc 3 Months

Our client is looking for an experienced recruitment consultant from an agency background for a 3-month FTC.
The consultant will administer and coordinate the recruitment and selection process/activities end to end in line with relevant legislation and HR policy framework.
**YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Network with potential hires through relevant platforms
- Conduct relevant checks, e.g., character reference etc.
- Advice hiring managers on the recruitment and assessment methods
- Liaise with third parties and HR service providers in the coordination of the recruitment process
- Liaise with line managers to determine recruitment requirements and needs
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
- Coordinate the logistic arrangement for new staff to ensure that new staff receive adequate information
- Produce recruitment reports/Documents as required
- Perform any other duty as assigned
**QUALIFICATIONS, MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Relevant diploma or equivalent
- 5 years demonstrated experience in recruitment and selection of up to management level in an agency environment.
- **Previous experience in recruiting in an agency environment is essential.**:
- Experience in recruiting professional and specialised skills will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites including other platforms.
