**Website and Digital Administrator Position**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Ensure ecommerce and product store is up to date and well maintained
- WordPress knowledge
- Work closely with the team to ensure correct stock and availability is placed into E-commerce Store
- Monitor sales and orders on the e-commerce platform
- Perform analysis of website performance, including product and category performance and visitor data.
- Coordinates Google AdWords campaigns
- Facebook Ads and Listings
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tactics, including page titles, image naming and meta data.
- MailChimp knowledge
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Social media content design and management
- Design Capabilities - Able to use designing software (For example: Canva and Adobe PhotoShop)
- Be able to work with images
- Design advertising Artwork
- Updating of existing catalogs and brochure content
- Prepare monthly sales reports
- Draw up a quality and safety report
- Assist with the introducing of ISO
- Manage and update supplier and product portals
- Adhoc marketing related support

**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications
- Computer Literacy in MS Office (essential)
- Graphic Skills
- Attention to detail

**Salary**: Up to R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
