1.10. Duties and Responsibilities:
CRM Strategy Development Develop CRM strategies: Design and implement strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and overall

satisfaction. Identify customer segments: Classify customers based on behaviors, demographics, or value to create targeted marketing campaigns.

Enhance customer lifecycle management: Develop approaches to effectively manage customers at every stage of the lifecycle (acquisition, retention,

loyalty, etc.). 2. Data Analysis & Reporting Monitor and analyze customer data: Use CRM software to analyze customer behavior, preferences, and

purchasing patterns. Track key metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer retention rate, customer satisfaction, lifetime value,

and churn rate. Create reports: Develop reports that provide insights into customer behaviors and campaign performance to help drive strategic

decisions. 3. Customer Relationship Management Customer segmentation: Identify and define customer segments to create personalized ccommunication

relevant content. Address customer concerns: Work with customer support teams to resolve customer complaints, feedback, and ensure satisfaction. 4.

Campaign Management Design and manage campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize targeted marketing campaigns that improve customer loyalty and

drive sales. Cross-functional collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to create cohesive campaigns. A/B Testing: Conduct

tests on different strategies, messaging, and offers to identify the most effective ways to engage customers. 5. CRM System Management CRM platform

management: Oversee the operation and maintenance of CRM software, ensuring that it aligns with business goals. Implement automation tools: Utilize

CRM automation tools to streamline communication and tasks. Ensure data accuracy: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the

CRM system. 6. Customer Retention & Loyalty Develop loyalty programs: Create and manage customer loyalty programs that reward repeat customers.

Implement retention initiatives: Design strategies aimed at reducing customer churn and increasing customer lifetime value. Monitor customer

satisfaction: Use surveys, feedback forms, and direct communication to measure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.Cross-Departmental

Coordination Collaborate with marketing: Ensure the CRM strategy aligns with the overall marketing strategy and campaign goals. Work with sales

teams: Support sales teams by providing insights into customer behavior and trends, enabling them to improve sales strategies. Align with customer

service: Ensure customer feedback is integrated into CRM strategies and that the service team is well-informed about customer concerns.8.Technology &
Innovation Adopt new tools and technologies: Stay updated on the latest CRM technologies and tools to improve processes and enhance customer

tools to maximize efficiency.. Training & Development Train team members: Provide training to staff on CRM software, tools, and best practices to ensure

consistency in customer interactions. Maintain customer relationship best practices: Keep the team informed of new CRM trends, technologies, and

techniques to optimize customer engagement. Budget & Resource Management Manage CRM budget: Oversee the budget for CRM-related activities,

campaigns, and tools. Optimize resource allocation: Ensure resources are allocated efficiently to maximize CRM effectiveness.
