Available immediately? JSE Listed Head Office based in Melrose Arch, has an opening for an
**Assistant Tax Analyst for a limited duration contract**. Successful incumbent will report to the Tax and Compliance Officer.
**A completed B.Com (Hons) in Taxation, with completed SAIT Articles preferable for the role, coupled with 2-3 years related experience in commerce**. Successful incumbent will be responsible for the submission and completion of monthly VAT returns for holding company and major subsidiaries; submission and completion of Provisional Tax returns and Tax returns; Tax Clearance Certificate app's; Entity registration for Tax references; completing VAT audit file; attending to SARS queries; uploading T/B on Tax software system; ensure that the Operations Deferred Tax is in balance and reporting on it; review of tax schedules on Oncesource to ensure completeness of information and schedules in balance with the TB; review of Group tax packs; supplying Auditors with tax information during audits; assisting Operations with technical tax, VAT and Customs queries; prepare the tax reconciliation of the operations for Outlook and half-year reporting; customs re-registration process and assisting the Tax Compliance Officer with adhoc queries.
**Recent SAP experience essential.**
