THE FOLLOWING POSITION IS AVAILABLE AT SIZA WATER:
**CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR (REF: PMU/02/2025)**

**The successful applicant is required to perform the following key functions, amongst other duties**:

- Perform switchboard duties.
- Attend to customer queries, requests, and complaints.
- Maintain and update customer complaints/work order schedule and follow up on all queries.
- Open, delegate and process EDAMS job cards.
- Provide data for monthly reports, compile monthly reports, and keep records of group chats.
- Must be able to work shifts (day and nightshift).
- Data capturing.
- Assist with other related functions within control room.

**The applicant is required to have**:

- Matric with Math.
- Certificate in Office Administration or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 years’ related experience in customer service or control room environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent communications skills.
