**What You'll have done before**:
Baseline:

- NQF level 6 (Diploma/ in Accounting/ Finance)
- 3 years experience in Financial Accounting functions with 1 year experience working with SAP SD _module._

- **Strategic Insights from Data**: Unveiling valuable insights hidden within complex business data, and using these insights to provide strategic recommendations that shape the direction of the business.
- **Driving Informed Decisions**: Developing reporting analytics that highlight key trends and issues, empowering the sales team to make well-informed and impactful business decisions.
- **Navigating Business Dynamics**: Handling the intricacies of Jet Invoicing & Processing, ensuring accurate creation of sales orders, invoicing major airlines, and effectively managing credit notes for seamless business operations.
- **Dynamic Query Resolution**: Tackling customer queries by collaborating with credit controllers, demonstrating your dedication to providing exceptional customer support and maintaining service level agreements.

**What You'll be doing**:
**PERFORMANCE & PLANNING ANALYSIS**
- Conduct analysis to comprehend business drivers, risks and opportunities and identify the financial levers to provide recommendations for course correction to the busines

**ANALYTICAL SUPPORT TO SALES**
- Develop and produce reporting analytics to clearly identify key trends or issues that necessitate further analysis for improvements to enable sales to make effective business decisions

**JET INVOICING & PROCESSING**
- Creation of SAP sales orders for Jet sales at the relevant airports and accurately prepare daily or weekly invoicing of major airlines and process any credit notes where applicable to enable effective business operations

**QUERY RESOLUTION**
- Resolve customer queries through interactions with credit controllers for any customer queries to ensure effective customer support and to meet SLA
