Accurately capturing and processing customer details
- Give constant direction to team members to ensure that all customer inquiries are rightfully attended to on time and in the best way possible
- Create better modes of operations to make customer service easier for both your team members and customers
- Give detailed statistical feedback on performance of team members to the management for staff evaluation and reward purposes
- Represent the brand. As the voice of the company, you’ll always provide an engaging, positive, vibrant, and extraordinary customer experience.
- Observe performance of team members to identify their strengths and weaknesses, work on mitigating those weaknesses and amplifying their strengths
- Serve as the middleman between the organization and the customer service team members to ensure smooth communication and settling of grievances that may arise in the course of work
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Providing pro-active solutions
- Strong administrative skills
- Highly organized with great attention to detail

**_Qualifications and Education Requirements_**
- Mathematics
- Minimum of 2 years’ working experience as Customer Aftercare Agent or similar position.
- Graduate

**_Preferred Skills_**
- Ability to follow procedures and regulations
- Ability to remain calm in a stressful situation
- Fluent in English
- Delivery of high service level to customers
- Experience working under pressure and to targets
- Showcase good leadership skills
- Ability to multitask
- Must be results oriented

- Hours of work: 9 to 7
- Salary: Market Related and commensurate with applicants past work experience and skill level
- Position: Full time / Permanent
- Position Location: Houghton, Johannesburg Gauteng
