Some of the key responsibilities include:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide expert advice on products, styling, and trends.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals through effective selling techniques.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, including follow-ups and clienteling
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain store displays, product presentation, and cleanliness according to brand standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, new arrivals, and fashion trends.
- Uphold the store’s image by maintaining a professional appearance, including appropriate use of makeup and grooming.

Other requirements include:

- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion, shoes, or accessories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, elegant, and well-groomed appearance.
- Passion for fashion and strong product knowledge of designer brands
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible retail hours (weekends and holidays included).
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge.

Pay: From R4 500,00 per month
