While we do facilitate money transfers for individuals relocating abroad or investing offshore, our primary focus lies in providing international payment support and services to SME businesses involved in import and export operations.
These companies need to pay their suppliers in different foreign currencies like US Dollars or Euros. When they use big banks for these payments, it often becomes a slow and costly exercise due to unfavourable exchange rates and high fees. That's where we step in. We make this process smoother, quicker and more affordable at FX Paymaster.
**Job Overview**:
As a **Sales Relationship Manager** at FX Paymaster, you will be a crucial part of our mission to transform how businesses navigate international payments. Your role will involve actively engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting our innovative solutions.
Your goal will be to establish strong relationships, provide personalised guidance and demonstrate the value of our transparent and efficient services. - Engage proactively with potential clients to understand their unique payment needs and challenges.
- Present FX Paymaster's services as the optimal solution for businesses seeking efficient and cost-effective international payment options.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact throughout their journey.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of FX Paymaster.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform effective sales approaches.
- Provide timely and accurate reports to the Sales Manager, detailing progress, challenges, and opportunities within your sales pipeline.
- Continuously enhance your product knowledge and sales skills through training and development initiatives.

**Minimum qualifications and experience**
- Matric.
- RE exams may be required.
- FX experience or exposure would be advantageous.

**Salary**: Up to R20,000.00 per month
