Commercial Manager: Property Management

Supervising in-house projects;
Overseeing of the day to day tasks and operations of the household;
Managing household bills and administrative duties;
Running errands and performing necessary tasks;
Supervision of other household staff, such as housekeepers, private chefs, nannies, maintenance teams;
Ensure Security is always in working order and that the Security Guards are always alert and doing their job to their best ability;
Recon expenditure of the house;
Oversees the general operation of the home;
Scheduling home maintenance and repair work;
Responsibilities of planning, organizing and coordinating events;
Managing household calendars and schedules;
Arranging appointments, scheduling and supervising home maintenance projects;
Completing any other requested administrative tasks;
Understanding of food and beverages;
Able to understand an instruction and to action accordingly;
Be prepared to travel with the employer from time to time and act as House Manager and or Personal Assistant;
**Qualifications and Experience**:
High school graduate
Certification in Estate Management and Butler qualification.
Proven experience with contactable references
2 or more years industry related experience
Valid driver’s license
Hospitality experience
Flexibility
