We are seeking a proactive and skilled Concierge to join our team at the Tsebo Experience Centre. This role involves managing client meetings and events, coordinating with caterers, liaising with IT and marketing teams, overseeing the Experience Centre and the adjacent meeting room areas.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Assume overall responsibility for the efficient operation and seamless management of the primary meeting areas, including the Tsebo Experience Centre, ensuring a consistently high standard of functionality and presentation
- Coordinate and manage client events at the Tsebo Experience Centre, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality service
- Oversee the scheduling, setup, and maintenance of various meeting room areas
- Work closely with caterers to plan and execute catering needs for events
- Liaise with IT and marketing departments to ensure the Tsebo Experience Centre and meeting rooms are equipped with the latest marketing and sales materials
- Maintain the appearance and functionality of the Tsebo Experience Centre and meeting rooms, ensuring they are always presentable and well-equipped
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Handle client inquiries and provide information about the services offered at the Tsebo Experience Centre and meeting rooms
- Manage inventory and supplies for the Tsebo Experience Centre and meeting rooms
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with different divisions and departments across Tsebo
- Proficient in using technology and office software, especially the MS Office Suite
- Proven experience as a Concierge
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Outstanding communication skill
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Hospitality and customer centric focus.

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 certificate is mandatory requirement
- Bachelor's Degree and or Diploma is an added advantage
- Proven experience in event management or a related field
- Computer literacy
- 2-3 years frontline hotel/customer service experience
