Our large International Machinery client based in East Rand has the requirement for a Parts Specialist to grow Africa group parts sales through technical support and value-added selling techniques.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the parts sales staff and parts counters staff to enable them to sell parts based on the quality and technical aspects of our product
- Create focused content for parts marketing material and campaigns
- Visit customers in conjunction with dealer representative to identify opportunities and grow parts market share
- Conduct market research in terms of quality and price of competitive brands
- Create parts supply agreements in conjunction with dealers to ensure compliance.
- Simulate total cost of ownership on different parts to ensure customers the benefits of using OEM products

**Minimum Qualifications and Experience**
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in Sales / Part sales of heavy equipment or associated industries (Mining and construction machinery preferable).
- 3 years’ experience in Product Support for heavy equipment or associated industries (Mining and construction machinery preferable)
