**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage our TikTok page, creating engaging and trending videos to boost our brand visibility.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent our brand effectively in all communications.
- Confidently appear on camera and engage with our social media followers.
- Generate innovative marketing ideas and strategies to promote our business.
- Utilize your technology knowledge, including iPhones, MacBooks, Samsung devices, smartwatches, and iPads, to address tech-related queries and provide support.

**Requirements**:

- Matric is a minimum requirement
- Basic knowledge of various technologies, including iPhones, MacBooks, Samsung devices, smartwatches, and iPads.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
- Comfort and confidence with appearing on camera and creating social media content.
- Basic proficiency in digital design using Canva/capcut and an understanding of digital marketing.
- Proven ability to develop and implement creative marketing strategies.
- fundamental understanding of the apple ecosystem, particularly in using a macbook.
- A valid driver’s license is required; owning a vehicle is considered a plus.
