**Job Description**:
If you’re highly organised, and enjoy working in a fast paced environment, we could have the perfect opportunity for you. We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our training team. You don’t need to have worked in this exact role before, but should be able to demonstrate some of the key traits we are looking for in your previous positions. You will be responsible for a variety of operational processes that support our training business, ranging from managing instructors' diaries, ensuring our delegates are directed to the correct events, entering data with high accuracy, supporting (and troubleshooting) events on video conference tools such as Webex and Google Meet, post sales support for customers & building relationships with our customers and partners.

This role requires significant levels of flexibility and responsiveness. Our training business operates globally and you will be supporting events that are running all over the world. This role isn’t a 9-5. From one day to the next you might need to adapt your working hours to provide support in different time-zones. Flexibility is essential.

Being comfortable dealing with people and problem solving is important. You will be responding to queries from our customers and our own internal teams. The types of queries can range from helping to match availability of resources to a customer enquiry, changing a date of attendance or an invoice query. If you are also comfortable creating reports in products such as Excel or Google Sheets this will be advantageous. Attention to detail is essential, there will be work required such as adding events to our website, ensuring customers have the correct access for attending classes and adding data to our internal systems that needs to be done with high levels of accuracy. Training can be provided.

You should be able to work under deadlines and be detail-oriented. If you come from a fast-paced event management type role, you would be well suited to this position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process bookings from sales teams & provide post sales support. This includes client interaction, discussing content requirements, etc.
- Manage relationships with partners and customers.
- Be comfortable learning new systems and be able to perform tasks with precision and accuracy.
- Facilitate opportunities including client communications
- Provide tech support for virtual classrooms
- Understand how to create reports and analyse data.
- Manage delegates, communications, enquiries, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Comfortable with working when needed.
- Not afraid to learn new technologies / is already technology savvy.
- Highly organised, with the ability to work on multiple projects at once
- An excellent writer and communicator, with good spelling and grammar
