**JOB PURPOSE**:
RIB (Centurion Office) requires the expertise of a Customer Success Consultant, responsible for the Implementation, Training and Support of Candy and Connect while maintaining a high level of professionalism when dealing with prospective and existing RIB clients.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Execute the following functions and tasks related to providing the existing and potential clients in Southern, East, & West Africa, including Mauritius:

- Facilitation of all Candy related training.
- Implementation for newly acquired clients.
- Management of key accounts for upselling and retention.
- Support the Sales team with technical demonstrations.
- Telephonic support for Candy, Candy Cloud, Connect and Candy/BuildSmart integration.
- Assist with product knowledge transfer in the form of Webinars, Seminars, Help Centre Articles, Did you Knows, Course Notes and User Guides.
- Support RIB Business Development Partners.

**SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS**:

- Estimating and Planning knowledge.
- Project operations knowledge.
- Microsoft office knowledge.
- Be willing to travel locally and internationally.
- 5 Years Construction industry experience.
- Experience on Candy is essential.
