**Rental Accounts Manager (Residential)** to join their reputable team based in
**Cape Town**.

**Responsibilities**
- Billing of rent, deposits and other admin related charges
- Collect and bill for municipal accounts, levies etc.
- Accurately capture all financial information related to a lease agreement
- Provide regular reports for Senior Management
- Provide regular reports to Landlords
- Ensure timely processing of rental disbursements
- Ensure that all financial requirements for WeConnectU and documentation is ready for annual audit.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 3+ years of experience in related field
- Proficient in WeConnectU, Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace
- Strong organisational and analytical skills and detail oriented
