**Record Keeping**:

- Keep accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Update customer details regularly in the database.

**Qualifications**:

- No experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and disputes in a professional manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
