Sales Rep for the Gauteng area. Company is based in Midrand. We are in the pet industry, so preferably animal lovers. We need someone that's people’s person, very **hard-working**, **stable**, **organizational minded **and **highly motivated **and **responsible**, with the ability to work with minimum supervision Preferably someone with strong customer relations skills, because our industry is all about relationship building.

You will also require ability to manage own time and schedule. We want reliable adult with sober habits. You will be driving a lot, visiting our customers in and around Gauteng daily, and this position requires a lot of traveling. You will have to service customers in some parts of Northern Cape / part of Mpumalanga area once every 8 weeks or 6 times a year per area. You will service our products in our client's stores. Our product is not difficult to sell, we already have a relationship with most of our clients and you will receive a lot of back up from the company.

We need you to build up a strong relationship with the clients and up our presence and merchandising in the stores. You will be in charge of expanding the business by looking for new clients in new and existing sectors. You will also need to report on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Basic salary is between R22000 to R26000 a month with great potential to grow. You also get a country trip allowance of R1000 for every night you stay out. We will provide you with a company car that you can drive home, petrol card for the car, medical aid allowance, retirement annuity and biannually bonuses Medical aid allowance and retirement annuity only kick in after 3 months. Company will also provide you with a laptop and company cellphone.

This is a very stable position; we also DON'T offer commission, only bonuses when you achieve your target. There could be up to 4 bonuses a year. You get a bonuses for reaching your 6 months targets and KPI's.

**Cost to company of this position is actually between R340k and R500k **because of all the perks and bonuses you could get.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
⭐ Minimum 3 to 5 years strong accounts management / sales representative experience.

⭐Excellent communication and people interaction skills

⭐Excellent selling and negotiation skills

⭐MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency.

⭐Valid driver’s license

⭐Grade 12

⭐Contactable ex-employer reference

⭐Preferably someone with sales experience with independent stores as well as chains and supermarkets.
