**3. Requirements**:
a. Minimum of 3 years’ experience with similar responsibilities,

b. Own transport,

c. Availability after working hours and on the weekend.

a. Problem solving,

b. Time and task management,

c. Prioritise tasks and output according to the company's focuses and principles,

d. Good verbal and written communication.

**5. Summary of responsibilities**:
a. Key areas of responsibility and areas of the business to manage:
i. Grease trap service teams.

b. Operations responsibilities:
i. Manage monthly scheduling,

ii. Complete service according to client agreements and expectations,

iii. Complete monthly client visits,

iv. Manage logistics daily and optimise logistics for cost savings,

v. Manage the completion of scheduled and once-off monthly work,

vi. Grow services offered.

c. Manage assets:
i. Motor vehicles,

ii. Service team equipment and production equipment.

d. Clients:
i. Build relationships, and resolve challenges timeously,

ii. Site visits - Problem-solving, quotes, maintenance of grease trap system,

iii. Reports.

e. Suppliers:
i. Manage relationships,

ii. Delivery of services and products,

iii. Cost saving.

f. Employee responsibilities:
i. Manage teams,

ii. Training with service teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R14 000,00 - R16 000,00 per month

**Experience**:

- Supervisor: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Drivers license (required)
