Are you passionate about real estate and ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for a driven Property Practitioner to join our dynamic and fast-growing team

**What you’ll do**:

- Letting and/or sale of residential and other property types
- Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through the buying, selling, or renting process
- Use your sales and marketing skills to grow your portfolio and close deal.

**What we are looking for**:

- NQF4 Real Estate qualification (advantageous)
- Proven sales and marketing abilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Own vehicle, cell phone, and laptop
- No Desk/franchise fees
- Earn 75-80% commission on both sales & rentals
