Sales Lead Generator

**2Point0 Marketing is looking for people who just love the contact centre environment and If speaking to clients while wearing your takkies, flip flops or even your onesie, is what gets you going, then we’re a match. We are looking for 2 lead generators for our office in Westlake. The Purpose of the Role is to generate leads for our clients who are leading financial service brands within the Insurance, Banking and Debt Management Sector.**

**What Do Our Lead Generators Do?**

**Our lead generators speak to potential clients, create interest and pass the potential client onto one of our clients. It’s that simple. Our Team does not sell, but creates interest and turns the interest into a lead, which allows our clients who are the experts in their field, to engage with the prospect.**

**Responsibilities**
- **Engage with potential clients telephonically and generate interest,**
- **Qualify all potential clients as per qualifying criteria,**
- **Disposition and log all calls as per system requirements and SOPs,**
- **Uphold call and lead quality standards as set out by the business,**
- **Be self managed at all times,**
- **Uphold the company policies, processes and values,**

**Requirements**:

- **At least one year’s experience as a call centre agent - Non Negotiable**
- **Matric or equivalent**
- **Speaks English and 1 or more additional languages (isixhosa, zulu, sotho) - Advantage**
- **Has a ‘Can Do’ attitude,**
- **Target driven,**
- **Eager learner,**
- **Communicates well,**
- **Respects time,**
- **Capable of handling both pressure and objections,**

**Salary: R6000 + Attendance Bonus + Weekly Incentives + Monthly Commission**
**Working Hours: Mon - Friday 8am - 5pm, Sat 9am - 1pm**
