Area Manager - Corporate Restaurants (Sandton)

We’re looking for a **dynamic, hands-on Area Manager** to oversee two fast-paced corporate eateries in the heart of Sandton. If you thrive under pressure, lead by example, and have a passion for operational excellence—this could be your next great opportunity.

**What You’ll Do**
- Oversee day-to-day operations at both outlets
- Lead, inspire and manage front
- and back-of-house teams
- Maintain high standards in service, food quality, and customer experience
- Monitor systems, checklists and effective time management for efficiency and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food regulations
- Report to the Director with regular operational updates
- Collect Fruit and Veg from our supplier
- Deliver catering

**Skills & Requirements**
- Proven experience as a **Restaurant Manager or Area Manager**:

- **Matric certificate** and hospitality-related education
- **Valid driver’s license** and reliable transport
- Must **reside near Sandton** (or within a reasonable commute)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage people and operations with professionalism and poise
