We’re looking for a tax professional, who understands the nuances between domestic corporate tax, international tax, anti-tax avoidance (in particular, SA-controlled foreign company law), transfer pricing, and indirect tax when providing advice.

**POSITION OVERVIEW**

**ROLE PURPOSE**

To provide support to the Group Tax Executive by controlling the tax affairs, including providing advice, of individual companies in the assign region ensuring that the Group meets its tax obligations.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Accounting for taxes and related party transactions
- Tax compliance and audits
- Transfer pricing
- Legislation
- Corporate activities affecting your region
- Opinions
- Stakeholder engagement

**EDUCATION QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- Educational qualifications & experience
- B. Com Hons (Taxation) or B. Com plus a Higher Diploma in Tax
- Master’s in international Tax or similar qualification an advantage
- CA (SA an advantage)
- +10yrs experience in an international tax consulting role, or in the commercial environment.
