**Responsibilities Include (but not limited to)**:
- Drive the Departments Corporate Governance Strategy
- Provide Effective Support and Guidance to the Board of Directors and EXCO
- Ensure Compliance for all Statutory and Regulatory bodies
- Provide Legal and Contractual Support to the organization
- Efficient Records Administration
- Effective Risk Management
- Effective Financial Management
- Ensure all Policies, Procedures and Systems are relevant
- Oversee staff performance and conducts managerial responsibilities

**Minimum Requirements**

- Bachelors Degree in Law, Public Administration and or Chartered Institute of Secretaries (CIS) Qualification
- Masters will be an added advantage
- A Certificate in MFMA or the ability to acquire it within the first 18 months of employment a must
- 8 years experience in a Corporate Secretariat or legal environment with 3 years at management level
- Experience COSEC role, with Board support and interface
