- 4-5 Years Construction Experience
- Must be able to understand and read construction drawings
- Valid RSA Driver’s License
- Be disciplined and have a positive attitude
- Be Proactive in his approach to his task
- Have the Ability to Delegate and have the necessary leadership attributes
- Have the ability to access situations and respond in a constructive manner.
- Understanding on how the total organization can be affected by a specific activity.
- Have Excellent Communication Skills and be able to interact with Clients
- Be able to report accurately and reports to be detailed and complete
- Be able to work under pressure
- Motivate, and communicate with individuals and groups
- Problem solving skills
- Must be prepared to work overtime when needed
