- Mr Price Mobile is looking for a self-motivated, passionate, and energetic **Collections & Recoveries Manager** to join their dynamic team.
The purpose of this role is to effectively manage the daily execution of the Mr Price Mobile Collections & Recoveries strategic, tactical and operational strategies.

your day-to-day responsibilities_**
- Responsible for meeting Mr Price Mobile collections and recoveries targets as well as planning areas of improvement or development.
- Refine processes, policies and procedures of the department.
- Develop and implement KPI’s and reports accurately on the performance of the department.
- Develop and implement monthly reports and special projects progress reports.
- To engage, manage and work with the senior management team to directly improve the activities and results of the Mr Price Mobile collections and recoveries department.
- To ensure compliance to laid down MPFS collections and recovery policies and procedures.
- Responsible for mitigating bad debt levels.
- Ensuring that the Collections and recovery structure is integrated and supportive of the business strategy.
- Support the implementation of new strategies and superior risk segmentation.
- Implement governance to support reputational risk standards.
- Evaluate Collection and recovery market dynamics.
- Coordination and implementation of Debt sale plans.
**what are the requirements**
- BCom or related business degree or diploma.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years in a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of the Collections & Recoveries.
- Extensive knowledge of collections & payment channel platforms.
- Credit lifecycle including store card or telco, credit/ lending products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Strategic and Innovative.
- Ability to lead both direct and indirect reports.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and team skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Extensive experience with Debit orders & other payment channels.
