Processing of incoming orders, ordering or finding suppliers for certain items required to assemble parts for goods ordered. Collect quotes for packaging products.

Creating sales orders and invoices for customers.

Entering supplier invoices and control matching payments with invoices received.

Sending monthly statements to customers and collecting/requesting payments.

Record of daily attendance, holidays, and sick leave.

Calculation of monthly payments, commissions, incentives, and rebate.

Preparing of payslips, PAYE, UIF and VAT reports.

Banks reconciliation.

Answering telephone calls regarding complaints and differences in totals on statements.

Record and control of Petty Cash. Purchase of cleaning products and some staff welfare.

Ecommerce experience with takealot Portal

Pay: R13 000,00 - R16 000,00 per month

**Experience**:

- Sage Pastal Accounting: 5 years (required)
