15+ years' experience in injection Moulding.
- Oversee maintenance team. Assist where needed.
- Set maintenance programs, with emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance in line with the agreed strategy. Create and update maintenance procedures, database, and systems to ensure process optimization.
- Manage equipment related projects.
- Troubleshoot process, machine, material, and mold per needs.
- Create, develop, and update technical specifications for the equipment together with engineering team.
- Provide detailed technical reports about equipment status.

**Qualifications**
- Technical degree.
- 5+ years of experience within large scale operation maintenance team management. Leadership and experience of direct people management, working with both management and technical/maintenance employees.
- A strong leader with deep technical knowledge and ability/desire to be hands-on. Strong Interpersonal and Influencing skills.
- Knowledge of electric, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanic, and automation required. **Injection molding preferred.**

**Salary**: R25,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month
