**Key Tasks and **Responsibilities**
- Process stock received stock daily as per the prescribed procedures maximize accuracy of the stock file
- Escalate non delivery on time and in full to Planners within the bounds of the prescribed process
- Ensure that all transactions are done in the Warehouse Management System and integrate correctly into the ERP
- Any shortage between the stock and documentation received to be claimed from the supplier and communicated to the Stock Controllers
- Ensure POs delivered are not receipted in excess of the prescribed tolerance
- Assist with supplier returns, recalls and manufacturer claims
- Processing of supplier claims and ensuring stock is claimed before being authorized for stock disposal
- Compiling of reports and submission weekly and as required
- Managing the processing on the Chep account and conduct and post at least one monthly stock take. Any issues to be escalated to the Receiving Team Leader as it happens
- Managing supplier bookings on Trackmatic
- Ensure that supplier documentation is submitted timeously to AP

**Education, Experience and Skills**
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and within tight timelines
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions
- Good organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills
- Grade 12, GED or equivalent an advantage
- At least 2 years’ experience in similar role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software
