**Role Summary**:As an Operations Coordinator, you will support a Managing General Agency (MGA) in the business insurance industry. Your responsibilities will include reviewing broker submissions, assisting with preparing accurate quotes, and supporting the binding process in line with company guidelines. You’ll work closely with our U.S.based team to ensure brokers receive fast, accurate, and professional service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review incoming submissions for completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare competitive quotes using internal systems and pricing tools.
- Liaise with team members to clarify submission details.
- Finalize agreements promptly and issue documentation in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and operations systems.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and processes.
- Provide exceptional service through timely communication and problem-solving.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in business process operations, insurance administration, or related support roles preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work U.S. business hours (evening shifts in South Africa - 6PM - 2AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and confidence in learning and navigating new software systems.
- Team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with international colleagues.
- Successful completion of a Rudimentary Math Test, Typing Test, and Written Word Problem-Solving Test as part of the recruitment process.
