**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Responsibility**:

- Oversee daily catering operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within our catering teams.
- Ensure impeccable food quality, safety, and presentation across all locations.

- Ability to handle large multi-sites
- Experience in the food service industry

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:
- Matric
- National Diploma in Hospitality Management or any relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
- Minimum of 3 years management experience in a similar role or as Project Manager
- Multiple unit operations experience
- Previous experience on a Catering related ERP system would be advantageous
- Previous PRP experience
