**Job Advert Summary**:
**Minimum Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Basic store keeping and stock control qualification
- At least 3years’ experience in an inventory environment
- Computer literacy, efficiency in Microsoft office packaging and SAP will added advantage
- Valid drivers license with the ability to pass Rand Water K53 test
- Basic understanding of SHEQ elements

**Primary Duties**:

- Ensure stock items are packed as per best practice
- Ensure MSDs /Test certificates are received where applicable
- Conduct bi-annual, weekly and adhoc cycle counts. Report all non-conformances to SKA/IA.
- Ensure fuel is issued and received accurately as per procedure
- Ensure all waste materials are safely stored
- Conduct stock takes as and when required
- Monitor stock levels
- Safe and responsible handling of Rand Water Property including machinery and vehicles
- Ensure good housekeeping practices are adhered to

**Knowledge**:

- Stock control
- SHEQ
- Good housekeeping practices

**Skills**:

- Accurate and thorough quality inspection when receiving and issuing stock
- Computer literacy. Accurate use of SAP for stock control and / or reporting
- Good communication skills verbal and written

**Attitude**:

- Attention to detail
- Team player
- Dead line orientated
- Ability to work under pressure
- Customer focused
