Primary purpose of the job
- Repair and maintain press machinery to ensure customer and company quality standards are met. Key Performance Areas
- Repair and maintain press machinery to ensure customer and company quality standards are met.
- Do preventative maintenance a per maintenance schedule and according to job cards and relevant work instruction.
- Compile feedback on time sheets to ensure accurate repair data and forward to the Team Leader
- Ensure that company procedures, work instructions and quality systems are always adhered to
- Participate actively in the departmental mini business as per company requirement
- Ensure that work practices comply with the company SHEQ procedures and work instructions.
- Must be prepared to work shifts. Knowledge and Skills required.

- Problem solving Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- NQF level: N5 Qualified fitter/Fitter & Turner/ Millwright
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Fitter / Millwright within an Automotive environment
- Hydraulic and mechanical press experience
