- Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within call centre environment Your Outputs (include but is not limited to):

- Answering/responding to inbound contact from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries, service requests and complaints
- Handling and resolving customer complaints
- Providing customers with the organisations service and product information when requested
- Processing administrative requests
- Rooting inbound client contacts to appropriate resources
- Completing contact logs and reports then updating them in the database
- Accurate recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and action taken
- Managing administration, communication and co-ordinating with our internal departments
- Adherence to average handling times and minimise abandoned calls
- Follow operating procedures
- Adhere to client service schedules
- Provide first time client centre resolution where possible Your skills and character traits:

- MS Office and PC literate
- Excellent telephone skills
- Customer Champion
- Accurate typing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organised and have the right administrative skills
- You have the ability to pay attention to detail as accuracy is important
- You are able to use effective interpersonal skills to resolve conflict situations
- You are able to work effectively with others and contribute to team task accomplishment
- You are able to operate effectively under pressure
- You are task and deadline orientated
- You have an analytical mind and above average problem-solving techniques

**Salary**: R6,800.00 - R9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sandton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
