- Strong understanding of SAP, IT systems, processes, and project management.
- Extensive SAP Implementations experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into user-friendly content.
- Proven experience in leading change management initiatives and engaging stakeholders.
- Certifications in change management or communications (e.g., ITIL) are a plus.
