**Responsibilities**:
- Communication strategy definition and execution
- Change and communication plan definition and execution
- Stakeholder mapping & analysis, with resultant engagement plans defined and executed
- Change readiness assessments and interventions.
- Change related workshops and facilitated discussions.
- Extensive SAP Implementations experience
- Management of change-related communications required.
- Development of communication materials (posters, videos, infographics etc.)
- Establishment and management of/engagement with change network.
- Reporting and business intelligence re change interventions.
- Support training efforts - provide input, assist with requirements determination, document requirements and support the design and delivery of required training programs & material.
- All working documents and collateral to be stored within Aspen SharePoint repository
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent Diploma, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in change management and SAP Project Implementation experience preferably in an IT environment.
- Strong understanding of SAP, IT systems, processes, and project management.
- Extensive SAP Implementations experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into user-friendly content.
- Proven experience in leading change management initiatives and engaging stakeholders.
- Certifications in change management or communications (e.g., ITIL) are a plus.
