**Responsibilities**:

- Designing of assembly models
- Create new assemblies on inventor
- Open AutoCAD 2D version for reference
- Draw 3D (Inventor Assembly) accurately as per 2d drawings
- Check all constraints in assembly model, check components measurements
- Copy description from 2D and paste on iproperties on assemblies
- Copy stock number from 2D and paste on iproperties on assemblies
- Check assemblies into Autodesk vault
- Thorough document filling and numbering as per the assembly standard
- Revising and updating of existing product drawings
- Providing complete product drawings from scratch
- Detail drawings
- Assisting with drawing requirements for customers
- Providing drawings for new product development
- Implementing drawing office STD
- Create new drawing on inventor
- Draw 2D drawing and manufacturing drawing accurately as per 2D AutoCAD drawings
- Check components measurements
- Create all dimensioning/Bom’s/Balloons/Tables in the same format
- Copy description from 2D and paste on iproperties on drawing
- Copy stock number from 2D and paste on iproperties on drawing
- Add material properties to the component for part.
- Check drawings into Autodesk vaul.
- Compiling of project file, data-sheets and BOMS
- Completion of parts or assembly drawings
- Complete any tasks that may arise as instructed by your manager within reason

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or associate's degree in drafting, 4 year university degree in engineering or Red Seal trade test certificate
- 3 - 5 years' drawing experience
- Drawing Certificate and experience a requirement
- Inventor Certificate and experience a requirement
- Vault experience a requirement
- Computer literacy
- Vault experience
- Computer literacy
- Document management (Record keeping, storage and assignment)
- Accurate data capturing
- Good attention to detail
