Mechanical Draughtsman

You will be responsible for:
Creating accurate drawings within SolidEdge 3D to be used in the manufacture of high-quality products
Conducting concept and design reviews
Problem solving and time management
Provide creative and technical solutions for cost savings, product improvements and service issues
Collaborate with overseas suppliers and customers on designs
Conducting finite element analysis
Designing new systems using new parts and updated layouts

Qualification:
Diploma (Mechanical Engineering) / Certificate

Mechanical component or machine design experience is essential
Outstanding task management capabilities
3D computer aided design software experience is essential
Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
Great eye for detail and proficiency
Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R27,000.00 per month
