**Role Purpose**
Effectively address incidents reported on our internal platform, ensure that the relevant stakeholders are made aware of progress up until conclusion of an incident, enforce accountability and perform root cause analysis.
Some tasks may be repetitive, it is up to the administrator to identify opportunity for automation and inform business.
**Requirements**:
**Formal Qualifications**:
- Matric certifcate
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma
**Knowledge**:
- An interest in analytics
**Skills**:
- Analytical thinking

- Problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Data analysis using SQL / Hive/ Oracle/Python / R / Excel etc

**Duties & Responsibilities**
**Internal Processes**:
- In case of an incident, perform and prepare a detailed incident review
- Collaborate with the independent forensic investigator during the investigation of suspected fraud cases
- Challenge existing processes
**Client**:
- Engage with business and process owners on an ongoing basis
- Advise management on emerging risk trends and potential threats to the business
- Perform root cause analysis and advise management on findings
- Provide feedback to business on the outcomes of investigations and be well informed of the management actions, responsible parties, due dates and track progress thereof
**People**:
- Develop and maintain a productive and collaborative working relationship with peers and stakeholders
- Manage own productivity, balancing deliverables and ad hoc priorities
- Continuously develop business and own knowledge of emerging trends and industry themes
- Contribute to continuous innovation of the existing internal processes
