**DATA ANALYSIS DEPARTMENT**

**Purpose of the Job**

development, design and create the Artificial Intelligence algorithms capable of learning and making
predictions that define machine learning, use data as a tool to make decisions and solve business
and extract insights from large datasets using analysis, visualization, and mathematical computation
and in turn transform those insights into actionable business decisions. The person appointed to this
position will report to the Senior Specialist: Data Analysis.

**Requirements**:
A Degree in Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics and Operations Research, Data Analytics, Business
Analytics, or equivalent qualification. At least 5 years work experience in a field where designing,
researching, and implementing machine learning systems, algorithms, and tools was major, preferably
in a financial services sector. Have created machine learning models and retrained systems when
needed, developed machine learning apps according to requirements, experience with coding and
programming languages, including Python, Java, C++, C, R and JavaScrip, and skills in advanced Math

**Key Performance Areas**
- Researching, building, and designing self-running artificial intelligence (AI) systems to automate

predictive models;
- Frame data analysis in terms of algorithms, machine learning, statistics, and experimentation;
- Designing Machine Learning systems;
- Training and retraining systems when needed;
- Prepare and conduct presentations on systems, reports, and findings to stakeholders, as and when
- required;- Use information to provide analysis and insight to enable business owners to make key decisions;
- Produce and automate recurring and Ad-Hoc reports used by the different business areas; and
- Conduct trainings on how to use machine learning solutions,
