**About Us: Future Racing Design** is a vehicle accessory shop known for its wide range of products and excellent customer service. We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee our daily operations and contribute to our growth and success.

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing our retail space, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, overseeing sales, and handling various administrative tasks. You will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for quality and service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on vehicle accessories.
- Handle inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and displaying products.
- Ensure the store's visual merchandising is appealing and in line with brand standards.
- Manage financial tasks, including sales processing, cash handling, and budgeting.
- Maintain accurate records and handle administrative duties such as scheduling and reporting.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase foot traffic and sales.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Knowledge of vehicle accessories and the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Competency in handling administrative and financial tasks.
- Ability to work flexibly and handle multiple responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent
