Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to secure a great new opportunity in **Cape Town**?

Our client has been established for approximately 30 years and their unique business specializes in risk finance where they provide bespoke financial solutions and mentorship for SMEs in South Africa and selected African countries.

Property is just one of their investment subsidiary’s where they own and manage commercial and industrial properties around the county. They are looking to appoint a driven **Senior Property Portfolio** **Officer** who will be tasked to manage a portfolio of approximately 6 buildings and 100 clients. In this role you will be reporting into the Regional Property Manager.

The duties for this role will include but are not limited to:

- Tenant Liaison.
- Leasing and Lease management.
- Facilities, risk and maintenance management.
- Vacancy marketing and promotional activities.
- Tenant administration and reporting.
- Credit control.
- Utility management.
- Budget preparations and management.
- A degree/diploma or related studies in commerce and property studies.
- A minimum of 4 years working experience in property management.
- Working knowledge of MDA, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint software.
- Good financial acumen.
- Strong maintenance skills are essential.
- Knowledge of building regulations, construction practices and building maintenance.
- A valid drivers license. A company pool car is available for client visits during the day.
- Preferably from a well-established property company.
- Good time management and multi-tasking skills, excellent attention to detail, and be able to work in a diverse team.
- Ability to speak both English and Afrikaans.
- Experience in managing industrial and retail porfolios is preferrred.
