We are hiring for two roles**:Sales Team Leaders** and **Telesales Consultants**. If you are a motivated sales professional with a desire to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities( Telesales Consultants)**
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads.
- Explain funeral cover plans and services in a clear, compassionate, and professional manner.
- Answer questions and address objections to build trust and convert leads.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Accurately record customer information and maintain detailed call logs.
- Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with potential customers.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies

**Key Responsibilities( Sales Team Leader)**

As a **Sales Team Leader**, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a dynamic telesales team, driving sales performance, and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible support. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team to ensure they meet their targets and provide excellent service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of telesales consultants to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Provide ongoing training, support, and coaching to the telesales team.
- Monitor team performance, analyze results, and implement improvement plans.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented environment focused on collaboration and success.
- Manage team schedules and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall client experience

**Education**:

- Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 2 years (preferred)
