You'll partner with senior stakeholders across the business with the shared goal of maximising Black Swan's success in finding and attracting world class talent **What you will be doing**: - Work with the hiring managers to build out a robust and efficient hiring strategy for each open role - Maintain high levels of communication and visibility through detailed reporting both locally and internationally - Investigate and accommodate the use of cost effective tools and online platforms which will enable us to connect with tech talent - Ensure the ATS and recruitment reporting is regularly updated to aid with metrics - Build Black Swans employer brand external market particularly for Engineering and Data Science roles - Ensure compliance with GDPR **About you**: - At least 3 years in house Talent Acquisition experience within a fast paced business - Expert understanding of the tech recruitment market - Experience of high volume recruitment in a start-up or scale-up business - Proven track record within a multinational company or project-based environment - Extensive experience sourcing & recruiting senior technical Talent (Software Engineers, Project Managers, Data Scientists or Business Analysts) - Management of senior stakeholders in a multinational business setting - Excellent knowledge of sourcing and talent mapping techniques in the recruiting space with excellent technical sourcing knowledge - Strong written and verbal communication skills as well excellent attention to detail - Proficiency with MS Office and prior use of Application Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, BambooHR) **What makes a Swan?** We want people fanatical about creating innovative solutions inspired by data.
