Tessa's Bakery is expanding into the vibrant Riverlands Development at Liesbeek Parkway and is looking for dedicated Retail Sales Assistants to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be crucial in delivering outstanding customer service and helping our bakery thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and offer product recommendations.

2. Sales Promotion: Engage customers to promote and upsell bakery products.

3. Merchandising: Ensure attractive displays, proper labeling, and well-stocked products.

4. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our offerings to assist customers effectively.

6. Cleanliness: Maintain a clean sales area and comply with health regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or bakery settings.
- Strong communication skills and sales orientation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Flexibility to work 45 hours a week, including weekends and holidays.
