Did someone say fiyah, edgy, 20-something unisex value-fashion brand? Wanna pour your creativity into building the hottest fashion brand slaying the streets RN? The FIX is on the hunt for a Creative Manager to join our squad and share our vibe.

**Your slay-eat-sleep, dream-job responsibilities include**:

- Leadership - keep our design team ahead of the pack & owning the freshest, distinctive creative edge in the market
- Strategy - drive the business & creative strategy to elevate our dope identity to dizzying heights & attract new customers (boos & baes)
- Design - build & develop our feisty, young brand through research, design, layout & typography to deliver brand value & brand love (all in a day’s work obvs)
- Conceptualise - visualise & execute our customer experience from beginning to end - from windows & instore, through digital & social, to PR & Events - & whichever cool channel we decide to play with next
- Art Direction - pre-production, shoots, image extraordinaire with a keen flair/interest in fashion & pop culture
- Briefs - giving, receiving & interpreting briefs to/from internal/external stakeholders to ensure epic, on-brand delivery
- Supplier & Budget Management - sourcing & managing key freelancers/suppliers and making sure our cash money is deployed with the best ROI (#hustle)
- Delivery - ensuring work is delivered on time & in budget - direct your own traffic & production while researching trends & watching our socials
- Capitalise - run in heels/sneakers while dreaming up cool, never-before-tried ideas that are memorable & executable
- By flexibility we mean more than just your fitness, you easily flip between WFH days to on-site, in-office days & shoot locations #speed&agility
- Bonus points for: interesting party tricks, killer dance moves, sense of curiosity, FIX clothing in your ‘drobe, youthful, peeps in high places, can pull rabbits out of hats, will always #dowhatsright

**You know how to**:

- Put your tertiaries (Design and/or Fashion-related) to good use commercially
- Slay Adobe CS6 suite with solid command of Indesign & Photoshop (i.e. ‘apple fiyah’)
- Spot the diffs between digital & litho, perspex & polytwill, regrams & GSMs, gifs & gaffers - i.e. understand printing, repro, photography & digital process & technology
- Deploy your beady, creative eye in order to style, dress or shoot fashion that aims to break the internet
- People & Relationship Management - lead, coach & guide
- Make your voice heard & contribute your innovative, cool ideas through discussion & presentations (or through the medium of dance, memes, origami, puppet shows, etc.)
- Plan your time effectively & efficiently, & thrive under pressure
- Give clear direction and lead by example
- Maintain high standards - & raise the bar every time
- Be a team player - #squadgoals
