**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities
- Provide team leadership to achieve positive business results and sound performance
- Define Workday HCM, Service Now and other enabling technology security solutions that ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and risk is mitigated
- Use practical knowledge and theoretical guidelines, to diagnose security problems and generate workable solutions.
- Oversee the configuration and development of security solutions in Workday HCM, Service Now and other enabling technology
- Perform security audits and clean-ups to ensure accurate and up to date access within the organization
- Build and maintain a knowledge base of best practices for managing security
- Drive security best practice in alignment with IT and other key stakeholders
- Collaborate with IT in the implementation security policies, procedures, and controls.
- Provide specialist advice and support in defining standard operating procedures (SOP's).
- Conduct research and gather data to provide input to operational reporting and decision-making processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience
- Workday and/ or Service Now Certification
- 4+ years of Workday and/ or Service Now Implementation
- Management / leadership experience preferably with a large organization
- Strong understanding of Security

Bachelor's Degree: Physical, Mathematical, Computer and Life Sciences (required)
